Hi

My name is Mark (the newest member).

Well ever since the film came out I have been watching it on VHS and more recently on DVD (as I transferred my tatty VHS Copy to DVD but it's still VHS quality).
Yesterday however Mr Postman delivered the Blu-Ray!
Holy Shit!!! I'm still reeling from the amazing quality. Transfers vary but this one is excellent.

Unfortunately I didn't get the booklet or the cards. Though I don't know if this was a mistake when packaging? I got the film from amazon.co.uk for £16.88 and did a review and gave it 5 stars. I doubt very much this would be for sale anywhere near me (Exeter) as the usual HMV's and WH Smiths only do nice mainstream popular films (or crap as i call them).

Mark

Pretty accurate. :D

Welcome to the forum, and congratulations on getting the Blu-Ray DVD. Some of us over in the US are stuck waiting 'til the fall for this masterpiece.

Was it sealed ? The booklet and cards are a must and I would send it back !
If it was sealed, then it could be a mistake. But if it wasn't then amazon probably took it out. They always throw away the sleaves of DVD's or Blu-ray when they have one. Don't know why :?

The Picture on amazon.co.uk shows the Cards, so i would send the Blu-ray back.

Hi Thank You for the Welcome :D

Unfortunately the package was sealed but the version on the amazon site has the lettering 'You cant stop progress' on the cover but mine has 'Special Edition'. Hmmmmm

My version says "Special Edition", too, but it still has the booklet and the cards. I suppose it's just a mistake, but I'd definitely send it back to get a copy with the supplemental material.
