Something I missed to ask was about William Hootkins, who is all the three (yes, also in THAT OTHER movie) by Richard Stanley.

This is what I hate more: they have the rights but they don't use it. The only reason they hold them is to prevent any other to release this movies, like spiteful childrens.
And we still don't get the collector's editions those movies deserve.

Imagine a two discs DVD edition of DUST DEVIL (as they did with THE HITCHER) with a documentary, restored picture from the negative, restored audio track, commentary and deleted scenes.
