I'm looking for a program which is capable to write and save (in mp3 or wav format) music and sound that is played during the film or game. The film's are in avi, mpeg format.

You can try and get a hold of a program called Cooledit, you can import complete movies into it, and then save only the soundfile in mp3 format. You can also cut it into pieces or edit it with some cool filter effects and so on.
