The most controversial aspect of the film is about the life and time management filmic scenes are too long and some sequences are bored by their own verbosity .
The static is not acceptable for a science fiction movie , the genre requires dynamism and some tricks acts to increase the spectacle of the situation.Watch Criminal Minds Season 9 Episode 23 Online
Certainly Spielberg has never revealed trivial , nor showed phases tired during his career , but frankly you'd expect a bit ' more to this adventure.Watch Criminal Minds Season 9 Episode 23 Online
It is , however, a film that made history , and it is no coincidence that some alchemy stage , as the view of the mountains and the obsession that derives from it , to be perfectly successful .
Richard Dreyfuss, famed Hollywood actor , is measured by the character he played , ambiguous , curious, stubborn , features congenial to his mimicry men dreamy but far from naive.
Pleasing presence as an actor by French director Francois Truffaut .
The special effects of the WETA Workshop using a mix of CGI effects and prosthetics , and the design of the creatures , similar to shellfish, is convincing, although there is also a nod to ET in the character of the little CJ . Excellent test of sharito Copley in the role of Wikus , a hateful and petty bureaucrat who , through mutation , faces a sort of spiritual awakening.
Perhaps , as suggested by Blomkamp , the last hope for the human species has become alien to itself.
where there are more than one million creatures malnourished and in poor condition. Close to town, refusing integration with aliens , District 9 is created , within which are confined extraterrestrial beings and marginalized.
After twenty years , the man has decided to evict them from their room to lock them up in an armed camp . Vikus Van De Merwe ( Sharlto Copley ) was commissioned to conduct operations , but contact with a mysterious fluid is likely to turn it into an alien.
In turn, marginalized and tortured for experiments of war , Wikus manages to escape and take refuge in their District 9 , where it will begin to understand the logic of its inhabitants.
The Curious films Neill Blomkamp is not , at least initially , easy to receive , and could now be considered a product of inferior quality that strange. Well , for a careful critique , it is far and carries with it a power that must be understood in all its aspects . Blomkamp makes a synopsis directing that blends modern technical solutions and very special , coming to the ease of synthesis in a confident way .
The prologue of the film is made clear by a clear introduction , a comprehensive explanation of how the facts are up to that point and then open a wide window on the immediate events , so there is the story of the arrival of the ship, the dynamics through which the notorious district has been built, the origins of the confinement and the difficulties of the situation presented . With proper assumptions , Blomkast lights of the cameras made by performing a montage of journalism that puts people in the field of social relevance such as psychologists , journalists and state officials , all intent to engage in dialogue with the front camera mode, which aims to clichés media interview .
It seems at first to watch a documentary spoken, in which the monologues are interwoven with images of the news report and highlight the drama of alien visitation .
The first option ambiguous , however , it works, and allows the film to take off almost immediately.
The shots follow each other in getting any kind of fixity ; Blomkamp makes a number of camera movements that saggiano the potential of the story , elevating the story in fact unreal but conceptually credible and therefore extremely unlikely. The director does not affect , however, treat the signifier film , he gives a disruptive force to the concrete meaning, not symbolic , not abstract, but tangible. The message is clear : it is a cinematic story whose center is constituted by a social attitude despicable and reprehensible intolerance.
It is no coincidence , in fact, that Blomkamp choose the one that for years has been the capital of Apartheid , Johannesburg.
Already from the setting we understand the importance of staging, the decay of the 9th district , pile of sheet metal shacks and in the midst of the waste , revitalizes the concept of perceptible decline of human values. The marginalization of racial hatred arises , and although it is extended to creatures far more seriously to us for way of thinking and behavior , the nature of such intolerance is invariably shocking. The director, again as a result of a frenetic editing , but effective , wants for the duration of the film hit the sensitivity of the viewer, causing him to think about a potential situation which surely we could find ourselves unprepared.
The vehement reaction of man to attempt to integrate the aliens must never be justified , but only complained bitterly . The protagonist Wikus initially acts like any other , indulging in acts of unprecedented cynicism and cruelty , hidden under a veil of candid approach in any case questionable.
That coincides with the military who commit a massacre , a manifestation of inconceivable violence born from the inherent nature of man himself. Wikus , however, ends up sharing the dramatic status of guests due to an accident that causes him mutations can turn it into one of them in a short time . In it increases awareness of horror and shame, also bears the weight of a confinement operated by colleagues , father in law and his wife , who accuse him of ambiguous union with extraterrestrial beings . In a structural framework that fuses film and profilmic , are interwoven events commensurate with the pain present in society actually born in District 9 , in which being is inevitably doomed to sadness and expulsion.
